We perform Fabric UPF measurements using AATCC Test Method 183-2000. Fabrics are equilibrated in a controlled temperature and humidity chamber, then the UPF rating is determined by measuring fabric UV transmission using the system described above for in vitro measurements of sunscreen performance or a Labsphere UV-1000S spectrophotometer.
